Introduction

JJ Kelly (Builders) Ltd was set up in 1995 by Mr. John Kelly. The company initially started off by carrying out fire damage remedial works to properties owned by Riverside Housing Association. Over the last seven years the company has grown considerably and is very proud of it's client base, including various other Housing Associations such as Wirral Methodist and Cosmopolitan Housing Association.

The company has enjoyed success by maintaining a high level of reliability, competance and loyalty to our customers over the years, providing services including domestic plumbing, heating, electrical and building works. Our turnover has trebled between the years 2000 and 2004

The company has 38 site employees out in the field, 18 of which are time served tradesmen, 18 are multiskilled and 2 apprentices. These operators are balanced between working on the repair and response maintenance side, and working on our larger contracts, works in progress and include site supervision staff and working supervisors.

The office compliment consists of 6 admin personel overseen by the Office Manager, and a dedicated legal-professional team including Quantity Surveyor, Accountant, Health & Safety Consultant and IT Support.



John Kelly - Managing Director

John Kelly

Mr John Kelly is a time served joiner by trade and has 20 years experience in the building trade. Prior to forming J.J. Kelly Builders Ltd, John worked for various building companies where he progressed to foreman.
He then became self employed in 1990 and carried out major refurbishment work for Housing Trust clients, initially employing four members of staff. John's overall responsibility is to overlook working procedures and to ensure that quality is maintained to his own high standards.
